Operational Report pdf icon PDF 58 KB

Minutes:

The Head of the Partnership presented the report and updated Members:

  • This will be a brief meeting due to waiting for financial reports from the end of the year.
  • Performance will be covered in more detail in part 2.  The Partnership is meeting it’s performance standards in all areas.
  • Website is now up and running and should feel more commercial with help from web designers.  LABC have given very good feedback.  Two of the main features are iApply (on-line submissions) and book a site visit.
  • Awards – South West LABC awards – DBCP had four winners.  This was great for relationships with Architects/builders.
  • The Hackett Report is due out in May.  There will be many changes recommended.  There may be some similarities with the Scottish system.
  • Office improvements – using reserve funding to get changes made to the Tech Support office.  This will happen at the end of May.

That the report be noted.
