22.	Apologies Minutes: Apologies received from Councillors Austen and Rollason.
23.	Election of Chair Minutes: It was proposed by Cllr Evans and seconded by Cllr D Cox that Cllr Hayes be elected Chair of the Licensing and Regulatory Committee. The vote was unanimous. RESOLVED that Cllr Hayes be elected as Chair of the Licensing and Regulatory Committee.
