To facilitate the securing of a building which
is a disused and a vacant hotel. This decision was made as
intelligence received states that young people had been gaining
access and have been at considerable risk. The owner is not in the
locality so the decision was made to use Section 29 of the Local
Government Miscellaneous Provision Act subsection 6 to take the
action and then recover funds.
