Minutes:
Councillor Hayes proposed that Councillor Cox be elected Chair of the committee and this was seconded by Councillor Nutley.
Councillor Hocking proposed that Councillor Bradford be elected Chair of the committee and this was seconded by Councillor Kerswell.
A roll call was done.
