7.	Election of a Chair for 2023/2024 View the background to item 7. Based on the existing annual rotational protocol for the position of Chair, the Chair will be the East Devon District Council representative. Previous Chairs were Cllr Dewhirst – Teignbridge District Council 2022/23 and Cllr Bialyk - Exeter City Council 2021/22. . Minutes: Cllr Arnott of East Devon District Council was elected Chair for the 2023/24 Municipal Year.

9.
