63.	Election of Chair Minutes: It was proposed by Cllr D Cox and seconded by Cllr Bradford that Cllr Rollason be elected Chair for the duration of the meeting; and RESOLVED that Councillor Rollason be elected Chair for the duration of the meeting.

The Sub-Committee was satisfied that the vehicle was in a good and sound condition and that public safety would not be compromised by the granting of the licence sought.
