Agenda and minutes

It was noted that there were not enough available members for the sub-committee meaning the meeting was not quorate and could not make any decisions. Accordingly, it was unanimously agreed by Cllrs Rollason and Peart to adjourn the items on the agenda to a later sub-committee as any decisions made were open to challenge. The amended date would be communicated to the applicants in due course.
