Apologies Minutes: Apologies received from Cllr Foden.
The remaining members noted that a substitute for the meeting was unavailable, and the Sub-Committee would not be quorate. As such no decisions could be made on the applications put before the Sub-Committee.
RESOLVED: To adjourn the meeting. The Sub-Committee unanimously agreed they had no option but to adjourn the meeting to a later date which would be agreed as soon as possible and communicated to all interested parties.
